Why do Christians choose to live in a government that was created by devil worshipers or pagans to me?

Christianity favors dictatorships and if the Romans were worshiping the devil aka pagans at the time they created democracy isn't this the devils government, so wouldn't another government that was created by Christians make them more happy instead of living in the usa
