Girl help 13 yr old boy?

I've known this girl for like a year and we have been just friends. We met in this show and kinda liked each other then but didn't acknowledge it but tonight we both went to our friend's birthday party, and hung out for a long time Then we were watching a movie and were like snuggling and stuff, and I could contact my friend and get her number. Then there's this other girl who I've known since we were three so there's more to lose, and she's kinda is playing hard to get. So who should I choose 1 or 2. And please no 'You're to young crap'.
