IRAQ CURRENCY- worth buying for long term investment?

Is it worth to buy Iraq's currency? Before the war in 2002, one Million Iraq's Dinar was worth $3 million, after the war in 2004 onwards, you can buy 1 Million Iraq's Dinar for $1000. Now the election will early next year and they have to fix a value for a Iraq's Dinar. Your opinion will be much appreciated but remember in 1991 during Kuwait war. it was the same problem. If you would have invested $1000 in 1991 is now worth $1 million. The same thing happened in Russia.
