Has Hugo Chavez finally learned something about economics?

As much as I dislike that ugly mofo, I can't blame him for pulling out ofthe IMF and WB. They not only create perpetual debt but US tax dollars are used to pay back loans that default. Biggest scam in the world. Never, EVER trust a bank.
