Do I have to put in a saltwater tank a tetra filter?

your main filter is going to be the live rock and the two power heads, but if you have no other mechanical filter to catch the trash it couldn't hurt, but if you have a good clean up crew and do you regular tank maintenance then the filter isn't really necessary
