How do I wire a 3-wire dimmer that's replacing a 2-wire dimmer?

When you are doing anything with electricity don't "ume" anything. 1. The white wires are neutral not ground. 2. No you don't need to ground. 3. No it will not affect the function of the dimmers. 4. Make sure you use dimmable bulbs.
