I get my period on october 18 and then i get it back on november 2 ,i used the menstrual calendar and i supo?

i used a menstrual calendar and i suposed to get my period already i try different calendars every one sys that i'm late, could i be pregnant?i did the pregnancy test and came up negative and still sign of no period and also i have 2 cyst on my right ovary
