Is Ray Allen a better 3 point shooter than Reggie Miller and Glen Rice were?

Tough question but yes I personal believe Reggie is better because of his very quick release and accuracy. His career percentage in 3pt shooting also ranks higher than anyone else on the charts. However, I do believe Ray Allen seems to have more Athletism then him. Like driving to the basket. Haven't seen much of Glen Rice in my days, but to conclude, all 3 were fantastic behind the Arc ;)
