What illness might I have.....?

I have been coughing and when I cough, it's like mucus. It sounds like a cough you would have when you have bronchitis. My voice is raspy like. My throat hurts very bad, as a side effect from the coughing. I think I have a fever also, but I'm not quite sure. Does anyone know what illness I may have? Or at least some ideas? Thanks!
