How do i test how much fluoride is in my drinking water?

What do i need to test how many ppm of fluoride is my drinking water? Also if anyone has any knowledge on the topic. Would you say fluoride is a good thing to be in drinking water? Or would you say it is a bad thing? Keep in mind we are ingesting the fluoride daily! I am quite concerned about how much of it is in my drinking water.
