Hands hurt from feeding ( dr. are welcome any body pls help)?

i have been feeding for 5 months and know evry time i breas feed my hands hur the bones like if i press on my hand it kills me so bad like a needle is going into me! and my hand are num and are geting weaker from the bone in my hands!!!!!! pls are their any medicins or any remidies remidies are good cuz i cant go out today so ..... pls like iv heard mixing vinger and sesame seeds but thats no work pls i need help and sorry about my hand writing but my hand really hurt really!!!!!!!!!
