Dental Help Please! Pain in bottom teeth after work on top teeth?

I recently got three white composite fillings done on the top left side about 2 weeks ago. They have been sensitive, but seem to be doing better and no sharp pains or anything. However, my bottom wisdom tooth and the one up from that have really bothered me since the work. Its not a sharp pain, but a VERY intense toothache like feeling. Almost like they are really irritated somehow. The pain is not constant, but seems to bother me in the morning and definitely at night. I have been taking ibuprofen 2-4 times a day since the work. Now, this happened on the other side when i got three fillings on the top right. My bottom teeth hurt the worst, but gradually faded and they are fine now. This has me a little concerned because the pain is not fading, but seems to be even worse at times. I mean, why the heck would my bottom teeth hurt when they are not the ones that got work done? Am i wired wrong? Please help. I will be going back to my dentist to see what's up, but I wanted to see if others have had this problem. Thanks! Oh, I also now it could need an adjustment, but it hurt before i ever chewed on anything. hmmmm. I don't know
