So today is Saturday, and so far its been really boring. I woke up and had apples and yogurt and for lunch i had a medium bowl of vegetable beef stew and noodles with some salad. I've only had like 550 calories so far so what's another good 300 or so calorie meal i could eat. I plan on going running around 4:00 - 5:00pm for a couple of miles, its currently 1:35pm. and im 14 years old by the way
