Why is it ok for people to have provocative avatars, but not for people to comment on them?

Thing is, you'll always find idiots who'll report you just because, the so called trolls.There's nothing wrong with being a straight American man, why should there be? I don't think that's the problem, and actually that may not constitute a problem in itself since as I've said stupid trolls have fun bothering other users. Now, if your comments were really offensive or something of the sort you may have been fairly reported. As to why some people are not reported on the same or even worse thing, all I can say is tough luck; today it's you tomorrow, any other user.
