My boss or headofice cheated me in bussiness?

i have taken franchise of a company, they promised me full state and and i worked for that company for 3 years and with my beast efforts i made their bussiness flourished,and now when everything is excellent they have refused their words and sold this franchise to somebody else who is ready to give them big money for this bussiness,and reason for this is some false allegations,PLEASE HELP ME, ANY LAWER,ANY BODY THEY ARE IN DELHI
